A composite engagement score for beta testers: feedback activity (bugs, feature requests, and suggestions filed + replies sent), how that activity holds up relative to how long they've been testing, recent launch frequency, and how recently they were last seen. Launch-frequency data only started being recorded — scores will sharpen as that history builds up.
